Uranium meltdown

I kept dreaming about balls of uranium or plutonium being rotated in and out of round holds by robotic arms … all this was being carried by a dump truck, monitored by workers. Something always went wrong, and the workers were vaporized, or burned alive by the water used to cool the plutonium balls.

This portable nuclear power had something to do with the sun weakening, terraforming, experimentation with future space travel, etc. People wondered why these experiments weren’t conducted in space.

There was also some ancient race that used similar technology on a smaller scale — plutonium balls the size of marbles in a box at a temple.

Descendants of this race had discovered the box. There were instructions on what the box could do once activated, but no instructions on how to start it up.

The descendants had superhero-like powers. One of the descendants had a son who grew up to look like the 1930’s King Kong. He used an incredible display of shooting ability with a bow and arrows to keep his son away.

There was also some argument among the descendants over who should own the box.

    Wow.

It sounds just like a Alejandro Jodorowsky movie.

Or one of those dreams that you have after drinking too much cough syrup.

On second thought, this dream sounds like a metaphor for the Arc of the Covenant.

    “They are not ready!”
